At Watch Republic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original brand box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
